Woodspirit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Damages

Woodspirit is responsible for any products damaged or lost in transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us and the shipping service to file a claim. Before submitting a claim, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
