Returns
We take great pride in crafting extremely high-quality items, however wood is a natural material and our items are not made on an assembly line, so rare imperfections can occur. If there is something wrong with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Individual orders: Please note that products manufactured to specifications are not subject to exchange or return. We guarantee that each individual order is made with special care and quality according to your requirements.
For products that are not customized, our policy is as follows:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Deadline: You have 14 days from the date you received the product to request a return.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at woodspirit.ua@gmail.com. Enter the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate a return and place a new order.
Process: Provide your order number and details about the product defect or damage. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us woodspirit.ua@gmail.com .
